		<description>This time of year poppers are usually readily available. What about attaching a bunch of poppers to a string/ribbon and trying it around the bottle.
Another idea could be to tie a tight bow around the bottle neck and make it look like a tuxedo tie.
In terms of the pop rocks...leave it to be a surprise!</description>
